Text
Any municipality, by ordinance, and any other governmental unit is empowered, without any referendum or public or competitive bidding, and any person is empowered, to sell, lease, lend, grant or convey to any port authority, or to permit a port authority to use, maintain or operate as part of any port facility, any real or personal property which may be necessary or useful and convenient for the purposes of the port authority and accepted by the port authority. Any such sale, lease, loan, grant, conveyance or permit may be made or given with or without consideration and for a specified or an unlimited period of time and under any agreement and on any terms and conditions which may be approved by such municipality, governmental unit or person and which may be agreed to by the port authority
