Text
There is established an Office of State Fire Administration, which office shall:
(a)Carry out the provisions of this part;
(b)administer the state's responsibilities under federal laws relevant to fire service;
(c)develop a master plan for fire prevention and control; and (d) carry out any other function which the commission may devise. Subject to the provisions of chapter 67, the commission may appoint such clerical and other assistants as it may deem necessary to carry out the provisions of this section. *Note: On and after July 1, 2025, this section, as amended by section 4 of public act 24-136, is to read as follows: “Sec. 7-323n.
