Text
Each local fire department or company shall have the authority to annually inspect, for fire protection purposes, any building or facility owned, operated or leased by the state and located within the jurisdiction of such local fire department or company. In the event of structural modification of such building or facility or the addition, removal or relocation of fire protection devices or equipment within, or in the immediate vicinity of, such building or facility, such local fire department or company shall be given written notice of such alteration within ten days after its completion by the person in charge of such building or facility, and shall have the authority to inspect such building or facility within thirty days after receipt of such notice, notwithstanding the fact that it ma
