§ 7-148nn — Municipal partnerships re sharing of services of resident state trooper or other law enforcement personnel.
Notwithstanding the provisions of the general statutes or any municipal charter or special act to the contrary, any municipality may enter into a partnership with one or more municipalities to share the services of one or more resident state troopers or other law enforcement personnel.
