Text
(a)There is established a Charter Oak open space trust account, within the General Fund, which shall be nonlapsing and shall be separate from bond funds provided for any similar programs or purposes.
(b)For the fiscal year ending June 30, 2001, disbursements from the Charter Oak open space trust account shall be made as follows:
(1)Sixty per cent of the funds shall be deposited into the Charter Oak open space grant program account established pursuant to section 7-131t ; and (2) forty per cent of the funds shall be deposited in the Charter Oak state parks and forest account established pursuant to section 7-131u .
