§ 7-131k — Acceptance of federal funds.

Any municipality may accept federal funds for open space land acquisitions or development. See Sec. 22a-22(c) re receipt and disbursement of federal funds for planning, acquisition and development of state forest, park, fish and game facilities and for acquisition and development of lands by municipalities.
