Section 54-132 is repealed, effective June 19, 2002.* *Note: P.A. 00-185 repealed this section effective “July 1, 2001, or upon enactment of the Interstate Compact for Adult Offender Supervision by thirty-five jurisdictions, whichever is later”; Pennsylvania became the thirty-fifth enacting jurisdiction on June 19, 2002.
