Text

The chief clerk of the superior court at Bridgeport shall, on the request of any justice of the peace or commissioner of the Superior Court in the judicial district of Bridgeport or Stamford-Norwalk and on the receipt of a fee of one dollar, furnish to the chief clerk of the superior court at Stamford a duplicate of the certificate of qualification or appointment of such justice of the peace or commissioner of the Superior Court and said clerk at Stamford may thereafter certify to the authority of such justice of the peace or commissioner of the Superior Court.
