Text
(a)The Commissioner of Administrative Services may, in discharging his obligation to furnish convenient places for the holding of the Superior Court, lease realty from any private developer subject to the provisions of section 4b-23.
(b)The Commissioner of Administrative Services, with the approval of the Chief Court Administrator, may enter into lease-purchase agreements and related agreements, including representations and agreements as provided in subsection (r) of section 3-20 , to provide additional courthouse facilities in Middletown, New Britain and Rocky Hill, subject to the provisions of section 4b-23 . Such agreements shall be obligations of the state subject to the provisions of subsection (e) of section 3-20 and section 4-98 , and an action to enforce such agreements may be b
