§ 51-193d — Moneys found in or on grounds of Superior Court presumed abandoned.

All moneys in an amount of ten dollars or less found by any person in or on the grounds of the Superior Court which is turned over by such person to the clerk of the Superior Court shall be presumed abandoned and deposited into the General Fund by the clerk of the Superior Court.
