§ 4e-39 — Determination by board of violation of law in solicitation or proposed award of a contract prior to award. Options.

Connecticut·Title 4e State Contracting·Ch. 62 State Contracting Standards Board

If, prior to award, it is determined by the State Contracting Standards Board that a solicitation or proposed award of a contract by a state contracting agency is in violation of law, then the solicitation or proposed award shall be:

(1)Cancelled; or (2) Revised to comply with the law.
