§ 4e-14 — Requirements for contracts taking effect on or after June 1, 2010.

On and after June 1, 2010, all state contracts of each state contracting agency that take effect on or after June 1, 2010, shall contain provisions to ensure accountability, transparency and results based outcomes, as prescribed by the State Contracting Standards Board.
