§ 47-294 — Complaints of violations. Investigations. Enforcement action by Attorney General.

(a)The Commissioner of Housing may receive complaints of any violations of sections 47-282 to 47-293, inclusive, section 47a-23c as it applies to the conversion of dwelling units or mobile manufactured home parks into common interest communities, and any other law concerning the conversion of dwelling units or mobile manufactured home parks into common interest communities. The commissioner shall cause investigations of such violations to be made and shall make every effort to ensure compliance with such laws. If the commissioner believes that any such laws are being violated, he shall refer the matter to the Attorney General for further enforcement.
(b)The Attorney General, acting on behalf of the Commissioner of Housing or the people of the state of Connecticut, may bring an action in
