Text

(a)An association shall retain the following:
(1)Detailed records of receipts and expenditures affecting the operation and administration of the association and other appropriate accounting records, including, but not limited to, records relating to reserve accounts, if any;
(2)Minutes of all meetings of its unit owners and executive board other than executive sessions, a record of all actions taken by the unit owners or executive board without a meeting, and a record of all actions taken by a committee in place of the executive board on behalf of the association;
(3)The names of unit owners in a form that permits preparation of a list of the names of all unit owners and the addresses at which the association communicates with the unit owners, in alphabetical order showing the number o

(b) by changing “Subject” to “Notwithstanding any provision of the declaration or bylaws to the contrary and subject”, adding provision re in person or electronic examination of records, and changing 5 days to 30 days re notice and adding provision re association to provide dates in Subdiv. (2), effective July 12, 2021; P.A. 23-18 amended Subsec. (c) by adding new Subdiv. (2) re any unredacted record that identifies a vote cast by a unit owner and redesignating existing Subdiv. (2) as Subdiv. (3).
