The Finance Advisory Committee shall consist of the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, the Treasurer, the Comptroller, two Senate members of the joint standing committee of the General Assembly having cognizance of matters relating to appropriations and the budgets of state agencies appointed by the president pro tempore of the Senate, not more than one of whom shall be of the same political party, and three House members of said committee appointed by the speaker of the House of Representatives, not more than two of whom shall be of the same political party.
