§ 4-66bb — Administrative costs to be paid from land protection, affordable housing and historic preservation account.

Any costs associated with administering the provisions of public act 05-228*, including fringe benefit costs, shall be paid from the account established by section 4-66aa. *Note: Public act 05-228 is entitled “An Act Concerning Farm Land Preservation, Land Protection, Affordable Housing and Historic Preservation”. (See Reference Table captioned “Public Acts of 2005” in Volume 16 which lists the sections amended, created or repealed by the act.)
