Text

(a)The Secretary of the State may propound to any statutory trust subject to the provisions of sections 34-500 to 34-547, inclusive, domestic or foreign, and to any trustee thereof, interrogatories as may be reasonably necessary and proper to enable the Secretary to ascertain whether such statutory trust has complied with the provisions of said sections applicable to such statutory trust. Such interrogatories shall be answered within thirty days after the mailing thereof, or within such additional time as shall be fixed by the Secretary of the State, and the answers thereto shall be full and complete and shall be made in writing and under oath.
