(a)Each limited partnership shall continuously maintain in this state an office, which may but need not be a place of its business in this state, at which shall be kept the records required by section 34-13c to be maintained.
(b)Each limited partnership shall have and maintain a statutory agent for service in this state as provided in this section. A statutory agent for service shall be:
(1)A natural person who is a resident of this state;
(2)a domestic corporation;
(3)a corporation not organized under the laws of this state and which has procured a certificate of authority to transact business or conduct its affairs in this state;
(4)a domestic limited liability company;
(5)a limited liability company not organized under the laws of this state and which has procured a certificate o
