Text
A foreign registered limited liability partnership may withdraw its certificate of authority by filing a report in the office of the Secretary of the State which sets forth:
(1)The name of the foreign registered limited liability partnership;
(2)that it withdraws its certificate of authority effective upon filing; and (3) any other information the partnership may determine to include.
