Text
(a)At any time after revocation of registered limited liability partnership status pursuant to section 34-422, such status may be reinstated as provided in this section.
(b)If the name of the registered limited liability partnership is no longer available, such name shall, simultaneously with reinstatement, be changed to an available name by amendment of the certificate of limited liability partnership.
(c)A certificate of reinstatement conforming, with adaptations that are appropriate, to the content requirements of a certificate of limited liability partnership shall be executed and filed with the office of the Secretary of the State pursuant to sections 34-410 and 34-411 .
(d)A certificate of reinstatement shall be accompanied by:
(1)Payment of all penalties and forfeitures incurre
