(a)To become a registered limited liability partnership, a partnership shall file a certificate of limited liability partnership with the Secretary of the State, stating the name of the partnership, which shall conform to the requirements of section 34-406; the address of its principal office; if the partnership's principal office is not located in this state, the address of a registered office and the name and address of a registered agent for service of process in this state, which the partnership will be required to maintain under section 34-408; a brief statement of the business in which the partnership engages; the valid electronic mail address of the registered limited liability partnership; the registered limited liability partnership's North American Industry Classification System
