Text

(a)Each registered limited liability partnership which does not have its principal office in this state and each foreign registered limited liability partnership shall have and maintain a statutory agent for service in this state as provided in this section. A statutory agent for service shall be:
(1)A natural person who is a resident of this state;
(2)a domestic corporation;
(3)a corporation not organized under the laws of this state and which has procured a certificate of authority to transact business or conduct its affairs in this state;
(4)a domestic limited liability company;
(5)a limited liability company not organized under the laws of this state and which has procured a certificate of registration to transact business or conduct its affairs in this state;
