§ 34-397 — Uniformity of application and construction.
Connecticut·Title 34 Limited Partnerships, Partnerships, Professional Associations, Limited Liability Companies and Statutory Trusts·Ch. 614 Uniform Partnership Act. Limited Liability Partnerships
Sections 34-300 to 34-399, inclusive, shall be applied and construed to effectuate their general purpose to make uniform the law with respect to the subject of said sections among states enacting them.
