Text
Sections 34-279 to 34-279q, inclusive, shall not be used to effect a transaction that is a merger or interest exchange governed by sections 34-243 to 34-283d, inclusive, involving a limited liability company organized to render professional services unless the transaction involves another limited liability company or foreign limited liability company organized to render the same professional service permitted to be performed by a limited liability company pursuant to subsection (c) of section 34-243h, or to render two or more professional services permitted to be performed by a limited liability company pursuant to subsection (d) of section 34-243h.
