Text
(a)Unless displaced by the particular provisions of sections 34-279 to 34-279q, inclusive, the principles of law and equity shall supplement said sections.
(b)Sections 34-279 to 34-279q , inclusive, shall not authorize any action prohibited by law or affect the application or requirements of law other than said sections.
