(a)A registered foreign limited liability company shall deliver to the Secretary of the State for filing an amendment to its foreign registration certificate if there is a change in:

(1)The name of the company; or (2) the company's governing jurisdiction.

(b)The requirements of section 34-275b for registering a foreign limited liability company apply to obtaining an amended registration under this section.
