§ 34-251 — Effect of person's status as member.

Connecticut·Title 34 Limited Partnerships, Partnerships, Professional Associations, Limited Liability Companies and Statutory Trusts·Ch. 613a Uniform Limited Liability Company Act
(a)A member is not an agent of a limited liability company solely by reason of being a member.
(b)A person's status as a member does not prevent or restrict law other than sections 34-243 to 34-283d , inclusive, from imposing liability on a limited liability company because of the person's conduct.
