Text
(a)The Secretary of the State may propound to any limited liability company subject to the provisions of sections 34-243 to 34-283d, inclusive, domestic or foreign, and to any member or manager thereof, interrogatories as may be reasonably necessary and proper to enable the Secretary to ascertain whether such limited liability company has complied with the provisions of said sections applicable to such limited liability company. Such interrogatories shall be answered within thirty days after the mailing thereof, or within such additional time as shall be fixed by the Secretary of the State, and the answers thereto shall be full and complete and shall be made in writing and under oath.
