The Connecticut General Assembly has power to amend or repeal all or part of sections 34-243 to 34-283d, inclusive, at any time, and all limited liability companies and foreign limited liability companies subject to sections 34-243 to 34-283d, inclusive, are governed by such amendment or repeal.
