Text
(a)Except as provided in sections 34-243 to 34-283d, inclusive, permissible means of delivery of a record include delivery by hand, mail, conventional commercial practice and electronic transmission.
(b)Delivery to the Secretary of the State is effective only when a record is received by the Secretary of the State.
