§ 34-243p — Resignation of registered agent.

Connecticut·Title 34 Limited Partnerships, Partnerships, Professional Associations, Limited Liability Companies and Statutory Trusts·Ch. 613a Uniform Limited Liability Company Act
(a)A registered agent may resign as an agent for a limited liability company or registered foreign limited liability company by delivering to the Secretary of the State for filing a certificate of resignation that states:
(1)The name of the limited liability company or registered foreign limited liability company;
(2)the name of the agent;
(3)that the agent resigns from serving as registered agent for the limited liability company or registered foreign limited liability company; and (4) the address of the limited liability company or registered foreign limited liability company to which the agent will send the notice required by subsection (c) of this section.
(b)A certificate of resignation takes effect on the earlier of:
(1)The thirty-first day after the day on which it is filed by
