(a)A foreign limited liability company that is not registered to do business in this state under sections 34-275 to 34-275i, inclusive, may register its name, or an alternate name adopted pursuant to section 34-275e, if the name is distinguishable on the records of the Secretary of the State from the names that are not available under section 34-243k.
(b)To register its name or an alternate name adopted pursuant to section 34-275e , a foreign limited liability company shall deliver to the Secretary of the State for filing an application stating the company's name, the jurisdiction and date of its formation, and any alternate name adopted pursuant to section 34-275e . If the Secretary of the State finds that the name applied for is available, the Secretary of the State shall register the
