After the filing of a limited partnership's original certificate of limited partnership, additional general partners may be admitted only with the specific written consent of each partner; provided, if the partnership agreement names a person to be admitted as a general partner upon the occurrence of a specified event or at a specified time, the consent required is deemed to have been given. See Sec. 34-38b re inapplicability of provisions as amended by P.A. 86-379 to partnerships existing before October 1, 1986.
