§ 34-15a — Voting rights of limited partners.
Connecticut·Title 34 Limited Partnerships, Partnerships, Professional Associations, Limited Liability Companies and Statutory Trusts·Ch. 610 Uniform Limited Partnership Act
Subject to the provisions of section 34-15, the partnership agreement may grant to all or a specified group of the limited partners the right to vote on a per capita or other basis upon any matter.
