Legislative History
(P.A. 19-181, S. 3.) History: P.A. 19-181 effective July 9, 2019, and applicable to any civil action filed on or after July 9, 2019. Section arguably expresses legislative intent to prevent courts from applying the doctrine of reverse veil piercing, but effective date was prospective and does not affect court's decision to apply reverse veil piercing to an action commenced prior to the effective date of the section, July 9, 2019. 332 C. 394.
