The Secretary of the State shall charge and collect the fees set forth in section 33-617, for the filing of articles or certificates provided for in this chapter.

P.A. 92-6 deleted all existing language and established that the fees charged and collected by the secretary of the state shall be those set forth in Sec. 33-304; P.A. 96-271 replaced reference to Sec. 33-304 with Sec. 33-617, effective January 1, 1997.
