Text
(a)A benefit corporation shall send its annual benefit report to each shareholder (1) not later than one hundred twenty days following the end of the fiscal year of the benefit corporation, or (2) at the same time that the benefit corporation delivers any other annual report to its shareholders, whichever is earlier.
(b)A benefit corporation shall post and maintain each annual benefit report on the public portion of its Internet web site, if any, except that the compensation paid to directors and any financial, confidential or proprietary information included in any benefit report may be omitted from the benefit report as posted.
(c)If a benefit corporation does not have an Internet web site, the benefit corporation shall provide a copy of such corporation's most recent benefit report,
