§ 27-77 — Disposition of battle flags.

All battle flags of Connecticut troops in the possession of the military authorities of the state shall be deposited in the State Capitol, in suitable cases and the Joint Committee on Legislative Management and the Adjutant General shall be joint custodians of the same.

(1949 Rev., S. 1311; March, 1950, S. 875d; P.A. 77-614, S. 73, 610; P.A. 82-472, S. 104, 183.) History: P.A. 77-614 changed public works commissioner to commissioner of administrative services; P.A. 82-472 provided that legislative management shall be a custodian of battle flags and eliminated the commissioner of administrative services' custodial responsibilities for the flags.
