Text

The first and second companies of the Governor's Foot Guards may each consist of one major commandant, grade O-4; one warrant officer, grade W-4, to be bandmaster; one sergeant major, grade E-9; and such other personnel as is consistent with orders issued or regulations prescribed under section 27-14 and with the provisions of section 27-79.
