Text
The Governor is authorized (a) to apply for and receive grants or any other benefits from the United States of America or any agency or instrumentality thereof for the purpose of construction, repair or alteration of armories or military facilities;
(b)to instruct the Treasurer and Adjutant General, on behalf of the state, to enter into a lease with the United States of America or any agency or instrumentality thereof covering such real or personal property of the state and for such period of years as said United States of America or such agency or instrumentality thereof may require as a condition precedent to the giving of such grants and benefits;
