Text
The Adjutant General shall appoint such number of employees, subject to the provisions of chapter 67 and section 4-40, as may be required to perform adequately the duties required of the Military Department. Employees in the department, not in the classified service, shall serve at the pleasure of the Adjutant General and shall perform such duties as may be assigned to them.
