§ 27-25 — Property and procurement officer.

The Adjutant General shall appoint a property and procurement officer who shall be the assistant of the Adjutant General in the care of all military property and who shall hold office at the pleasure of the Adjutant General. He shall devote all of his time, during the office hours of the Military Department, to the duties of his office.
