Text
All furnishings, equipment, and supplies in the possession of the Soldiers, Sailors and Marines Fund on June 30, 2014, shall be transferred to the American Legion at no cost to the American Legion. All documents in the possession of the Soldiers, Sailors and Marines Fund on June 30, 2014, shall be retained by the state in accordance with the state's record retention requirements unless the State Librarian authorizes the administrator of the fund to retain temporary custody of such documents subject to any conditions said librarian may impose.
