Text
The Department of Veterans Affairs shall, within available appropriations, convert, rehabilitate and renovate vacant, underused or otherwise available properties for the purpose of housing homeless or housing-insecure veterans, and shall build, improve or remediate infrastructure as necessary to support such properties for residential use.
