Text
Any person who violates any provision of this part for which no other penalty is provided shall be guilty of a class D misdemeanor. See Sec. 53a-217e re negligent hunting offenses. *The state may prohibit or regulate the killing of game. 61 C. 152; 98 C. 712; 161 U.S. 519.

History: P.A. 07-217 made a technical change, effective July 12, 2007; P.A. 12-80 changed penalty from a fine of not less than $10 or more than $200 or imprisonment of not more than 60 days or both to a class D misdemeanor.
