The locations and descriptions of the natural oyster beds respectively under state jurisdiction shall remain as established and as set forth in section 3295 of the general statutes, revision of 1918 with the addition of those portions of former franchise lots one and nineteen consisting of eighty-four acres, more or less, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the Milford-Stratford town line and the state jurisdiction line, thence thirty-eight degrees east north east to the outer breakwater, thence along the outer breakwater, three hundred and ten degrees north north west to the southern boundary line of the existing natural bed, as described in section 3295 of the general statutes, revision of 1918, thence two hundred and ten degrees westerly along sa
