Text
Any person who violates any provision of this part for which no other penalty is provided shall (1) for a first offense, be fined not more than two hundred fifty dollars, and (2) for any subsequent offense, be guilty of a class D misdemeanor, and each fish or crustacean taken or possessed in violation of any provision of said sections shall constitute a separate offense, except that any person who violates any provision of section 26-154 or 26-155 shall be guilty of a class D misdemeanor, and each fish or crustacean taken or possessed in violation of any provision of said sections shall constitute a separate offense.
