Text
The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection may require any applicant for a permit issued by the commissioner pursuant to any provision of this title to provide notice of such permit application by posting notice of the application in accordance with this section. Such notice shall not be required for a permit for a transportation project, a permit for the burning of brush pursuant to subsection (f) of section 22a-174, or a permit for any open burning conducted pursuant to authorized fire fighting training by any fire department.
