§ 22a-482 — Regulations.
The Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection shall adopt regulations in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 to carry out the purposes of sections 22a-475 to 22a-483, inclusive, except that the Commissioner of Public Health shall adopt regulations in accordance with the provisions of chapter 54 to carry out the purposes of sections 22a-475 to 22a-483, inclusive, pertaining to the drinking water accounts, as defined in subdivisions (7) and (8) of section 22a-475, and eligible drinking water projects. Pending the adoption of regulations concerning the drinking water accounts, as defined in subdivisions (7) and (8) of section 22a-475, the regulations in effect and applicable to the management and operation of the Clean Water Fund shall be utilized by the Commissioner of Pub
