§ 22a-454b — Groundwater monitoring. Fees. Regulations.
Each hazardous waste treatment, storage or disposal facility, as defined in regulations adopted by the commissioner pursuant to section 22a-449, which is subject to groundwater monitoring requirements shall pay a fee of nine hundred forty dollars annually during its operating and postclosure period. See Sec. 22a-27i re exemption of municipality for one year.

Sess. P.A. 09-3 increased fee from $750 to $940.
